Haunches / Tees
We can take UB/UC sections and using a 'stitched cut' give Tee sections used for top and bottom boom of roof trusses. We can also take UB/UC's and make tapered/diagonal cuts to give haunches and balcony supports. We have successfully split beams at 18.3m long.

Profiled Plates

Slimfloor Applications / Plate Griders
We have 38 metres of continuous profiling track allowing us flexibility in dealing with exceptionally ling plates. To date the largest plates we have been asked to profile have been 14m long x 3m wide. Approx 122 Te of these plates were successfully and safely profiled at our works. Also for particular specifications we have stripped large area plate into narrow uni-flat size pieces; 165 wide x 10 thick x 10m long.

Chequer Plate Flooring
We have taken customer details for entire floor plans and laid out chequer flooring to suit allowing for joints, floor beams, stairwells, etc. We can mark with ID No's, profile, drill and countersink as per specifications.

Architectural Features
Ornate Patterns and designs, lettering gate & railing detail. if it can be drawn then it can be profiled. See sketch of ornate panel profiled at our works. 8mm plate and shipped to London for installation in apartment block roof garden.
