Jamestown provide a pressbrake folding service to compliment our profiling service. We have invested in a 3m x 180 Tonne CNC Pressbrake with 5 axis control. We have also invested in a wide range of tooling that allows use to bend the most complex shapes with ease. The CNC controller allows us to store the bend settings for each part produced , which means we can reproduce time after time the same fold with consistency and repeatability. Our advanced equipment has an automatic anti- deflection system, which adjusts and corrects any beam deflection under heavy or long foldings.

Allied with our profiling service, we are ideally suited to provide the customer a facility to produce low volume, one offs or large batch quanities. We also offer this service on a Free-Issue basis, i.e the customer can supply the parts and we will fold them.
