Our CNC Press Brake is proving to be a very popular complement to our Oxy and Plasma Profiling services.  It can bend and fold a range of sheet and plate metals, and our clients use the service both for one off items and or for batch quantities, both large and small.

We are pleased to be able to offer this service on a free issue basis.

Drilling:
We have a range of drills, and are confident that we will be able to meet the requirements of our clients, whether they need precise small holes in small, light plates for their projects, or whether they are looking for the heavy precision engineering for which Jamestown Steel is renowned, in which case we would use our NC Mills.

Shot-blasting:

We can offer this service both on and off site, together with priming should our clients require it.  We have a 1500 mm wide plate blaster at Jamestown Steel, in addition to a 2.5 meter automatic blaster and painting machine for off-site use.

For surface preparation and protection, shot-blasting and priming offers an efficient solution to the problems of rust and mill scale.
