Voortman V550 Angle and Flat Punch Shear System

 

Jamestown Cladding & Profiling have installed a new fully automated Punch / Shear system. This machine increases the capacity and capabilities of our Punch / Shear operation, giving us the capability to punch, drill and shear up to 30mm thick flat bars. The new machine, supplied by Voortman, has automated hard stamping, high speed drilling, multiple punch and dies carousel, automated loading and unloading, tapping and countersinking capabilities and is fully CNC controlled. It can import DSTV files directly.  Jamestown sees this investment as a perfect fit with our profiling business.
